Life is great when you're living like a music video, but the flip side is a grim and cold reality. I really want to share this with those of you who are following whats actually going on in the world just right on the other side of the border. Beware that towards the end it may be a bit hard to watch given that this is raw footage and these are sincere and real situations that you may or may not be able to handle.
To those of you who know me personally you know that I go to Mexico generally at least once or twice a year to visit family when I can so this is hitting very close to home for me as well as those of you who come from a similar background. I can only hope for the situation to one day be under control.
Props goes out to Current.com for doing a good job with their content.
Got to shoot The Legendary Roots Crew last night. I was stoked to finally get to photograph them but NOT stoked on the show. Definitely the weakest of the 6 shows ive gone to of theirs. They have gone too far in the "jamming" direction with several lame covers of guns n roses/led zeppelin/etc.. I know you're down with Rock but I want to see a live HIP HOP Show. I still consider them one of the greatest of our time but I think its time they get back their "Roots" haha
well i've been asked directly, indirectly, and have been hearing everyone else ask each other about what happened to jonuts.com... but more so "how much?"
im still not going to disclose the exact figure... because thats just not me. lets just say its a healthy figure but im not exactly going to retire (however i am looking into another area of work). like i said before... you would have done it too.

as i was bustin my catwalk moves and getting them tailored, lebryce tried to steal my new money from my other pants. pigeon friends
as you have probably seen, jonuts.com has been sold to godaddy.com. i'll get into it a little later, but lets just say you would have done it too. but dont worry, i have another domain brewing up and we'll be back very soon. in the mean time, i'll be using blogger directly to host my blog.
seattle's sounders fc held their first MLS match at qwest field on thursday. to encourage fan support and community unity, they have started a ritual called "march to the match" where fans congregate in occidental park prior to the match and take the four block march to the field. i didn't have tickets to the match as it was sold out, but seattle did beat new york's red bulls 3-0. if the pre-game party is any indication of whats to come, football soccer will have a healthy stay in seattle
so the other day, my white nigga over at keif's kuts hooked me up with the charlie brown special. i totally forgot about it and ive been roamin around town with this on my head.
