rough start

unhappy new year everyone. today brought us to a few all-too-familiar places. our initial plan was to start off the year with a nice breakfast at this place called hurricane cafe (not little darlings). we got seated right away and ordered fairly quickly... then our waitress moved us to another table... only for her to tell us an hour later that the kitchen screwed up our order because they thought we left (aka she forgot to put our order in). she tells us "any minute now"... only to come back 30 minutes later to tell us "5 more minutes max" (aka she forgot again)... WTF. we leave... and go somewhere we vowed to never go back to again
